The amazing, simple and picturesque environment with spectacular views of the caldera from Skaros cliff to Akrotiri, Therasia island and the volcanic island Nea Kammeni. The staff is hospitable and helpful. Owners are two brothers Iakovos and Manolis Sigalas. They run their business since 2013. They are responsible for the tasty recipes and the appearance of their restaurant dishes. Everything is done with love and care.
The main products, all from the island, the Chloro (local cheese), the traditional Santorinian tomatoes, the Katsouni (a kind of local cucumber), the white Eggplant, the Fava, the Caper and the Seafood.
MUST:We tasted the wonderful Santorinian fried tomato bites made with Santorinian tomato bread and herbs. The exquisite Santorini fava in a delicious plate of octopus and kapar. Eggplant salad from Santorinian white boiled eggplants with garlic, vinegar and herbs and the traditional Choriatiki Greek salad with Chloro local cheese, Katsouni, Caper and Tomatoes of Santorini. Amazing food, amazing service, amazing people!
